PTS assisted the client and the architect with an Application for Review to the State Administrative Tribunal to secure the approval for the mixed use development.

The development included the construction of a 6 storey mixed use development comprising four commercial tenancies and 30 apartments.

The development continues the evolution of the Leederville Centre to maximize development near services, recreation and transport options.
